Trading conditions at Infinox were acceptable, but one withdrawal took longer than expected. Eventually received funds after additional verification.

I’m Priya from Delhi and I’ve been trading part-time around my day job, mostly EURUSD and XAUUSD. My experience with Infinox has been mostly positive: spreads felt competitive during normal market hours and execution was consistent enough for my quick 5–15 minute setups. Account opening was straightforward and verification didn’t drag on. Depositing worked fine for me and the funds showed up quickly. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is withdrawals. I received my money, but the status updates inside the portal were a bit unclear and the process took longer than I expected on one attempt. Support replied politely and explained the steps, but I still think they can improve transparency and turnaround time. Overall, I’d keep using them for regular forex trading, just plan withdrawals a little ahead.

Deposits were straightforward with my card/bank option and the funds showed up without drama. The only reason I’m not giving a perfect score is clarity: the portal could explain processing times and any third‑party fees better, because the first time I topped up I had to double-check whether a small charge came from the broker or my payment provider. Withdrawals have worked, but they’re not the fastest I’ve had. One withdrawal landed the next business day, another took a bit longer than I planned, so now I keep a buffer in the account if I know I’ll need margin. Support was polite and answered in a reasonable time, but the responses can feel a little template-like; still, they resolved what I asked. In short: good execution and stable trading conditions for me, with room to improve on the client-area UX and making fees/timelines more transparent.

Deposit was smooth using a card transfer, and the funds showed up quickly. My only hesitation is that some costs are not always easy to understand at a glance (like when a small extra charge shows up from the payment side or when swap/overnight costs vary), so I had to double-check the statements more than I expected. Support was helpful when I asked about leverage settings and verification. They replied with clear steps, but I still think the client portal could explain fees and trading conditions in a more straightforward way for new clients. Not perfect, but good enough that I’m continuing to use it for part of my trading.

Deposits via bank transfer credited the same day twice, which was reassuring. Withdrawals reached my bank, but one of them took an extra business day compared to the earlier one, so I’m not giving a perfect score there. Support was polite and didn’t push me to trade more—my questions were about swap charges and statement downloads, and they explained it clearly. The only real negative for me is the client area/mobile experience: it sometimes logs me out and I have to re-verify, which is annoying when I’m checking positions quickly. Not a “perfect” broker, but I’m comfortable continuing as long as the platform stability improves.
