Withdrawals reached my bank, but one of them took an extra business day compared to the earlier one, so I’m not giving a perfect score there. Support was polite and didn’t push me to trade more—my questions were about swap charges and statement downloads, and they explained it clearly. The only real negative for me is the client area/mobile experience: it sometimes logs me out and I have to re-verify, which is annoying when I’m checking positions quickly. Not a “perfect” broker, but I’m comfortable continuing as long as the platform stability improves.
