I’m Neha from Chennai and I’ve been using SBI Securities mainly to take longer-term INR-related views and to keep my trading activity in one place. Account opening and verification were straightforward for me, and I like the overall feeling of safety and the clear confirmations for orders. Execution has been fine for my style (I’m not scalping), but the platform UI feels a bit heavy during busy market hours and I’ve had occasional lag when switching between watchlists and charts. Deposits reflect quickly from my bank, which is a big plus. Withdrawals have worked, but the processing time is not always same-day, so I plan ahead. Support is polite and professional, though sometimes I need to follow up to get a more detailed answer instead of a generic template response. Overall, it’s a solid experience for a conservative approach, just not the slickest platform if you want fast charting and rapid order changes.

I’m Arjun from Bengaluru and I’ve been using SBI Securities mainly for building a long-term portfolio with occasional short-term trades. Account opening and KYC were straightforward, and I like the feeling of using a familiar local institution. What I like: order placement is generally reliable, contract notes and reports are easy to find, and the platform works fine for delivery investments. What I don’t like: the interface feels dated, and during busy market hours I’ve seen minor slowdowns that make quick entries stressful. For someone who trades more actively, the workflow (watchlists, charting, modifying orders) takes more taps/clicks than it should. Overall it’s good enough for my needs, but I wouldn’t call it a “trader-first” experience. If they modernize the UI and speed up the navigation, it would easily be a 5 for me.
