I’m Mariam from Abu Dhabi and I’ve been using Rakuten Securities mostly for EUR/USD and USD/JPY swing trades. Account opening was straightforward and the platform feels stable during normal market hours. Spreads are generally fine for my style, and I like that the order tickets are clear (I don’t have to click through too many screens to set SL/TP). Deposits via bank transfer went through without surprises, but the mobile experience sometimes feels a bit heavy—charts load slower than I expect and switching between timeframes can lag. Support answered my questions about margin requirements politely, though the response was not immediate. Overall it’s a solid broker for my use case, but I’d rate it higher if the mobile performance and response times were more consistent.

I’m Arjun from Hyderabad and I’ve been using Rakutensec for a few months for mainly EUR/USD and USD/JPY. The platform feels clean and stable and I haven’t faced random disconnections during active sessions. Order placement is straightforward and I generally get the price I expect, even around moderate news. What I liked most is that the overall experience feels organized—statements are easy to find and I can track my positions without hunting through menus. Spreads are fine for my style (I’m not a high-frequency scalper), and I didn’t notice any weird behavior with stops. My only pain point was withdrawals: nothing dramatic, but the processing took longer than I expected and I had to check status more than once. Support did reply and clarified the steps, so it got resolved, but it could be smoother. Overall, I’m satisfied and would rate it a solid 4/5 for a calm, no-nonsense trading experience.
