I’m Rahul from Mumbai and I’ve been trading mostly EUR/USD and GBP/USD on a Standard account for about 6 months. Overall the platform experience is workable—orders go through, charts are stable, and I didn’t face random disconnects during normal market hours. What I liked: spreads on major pairs were generally reasonable for my style (short intraday trades), and deposit crediting was quick when I used card/UPI-style local options (timing may vary, but mine showed up fast). The client portal is simple enough and I didn’t need to dig around to find statements. What I didn’t like: the “little things” keep breaking the flow—occasional slippage on news, some symbols showing wider spreads than I expected during Asian session, and the pricing/commission info could be clearer before you place trades. Support was polite but I had to follow up more than once for a straight answer about fees and swap calculations. Not a terrible experience, just not as smooth as I hoped. I’m keeping a small balance here and using another broker for my main account until they improve transparency and consistency.

I’m Vikram from Bangalore and I’ve been trading with this broker for about 6 months on a Standard account. Overall the platform has been stable for my day trading on majors, and execution has been consistent during normal market hours. Spreads were generally in the expected range, although I noticed they can widen around high-impact news, so I avoid entering right at release time. Funding the account worked, but the first deposit required extra verification steps and it took longer than I expected to get fully ready to trade. After that, top-ups were smoother. I’ve done a couple of withdrawals and they arrived, but not always as fast as the estimate shown in the portal—nothing alarming, just a bit inconsistent. Support has been polite and they do reply, but sometimes I had to follow up once to get a clear answer about documents and processing timelines. If they improve onboarding clarity and make withdrawal status updates more transparent, it would be close to a 5-star experience for me.
