I’m Neha from Bengaluru and I started using Revolut mainly for currency conversion and keeping small balances in different currencies alongside my usual trading accounts. The app UI is clean and the exchange feature is convenient for everyday needs. For anything that feels like active forex trading, though, I treat it as a secondary tool because I prefer more advanced order controls and charting elsewhere. Execution is fine for my light usage, but I wouldn’t rely on it for fast scalps or news spikes. Overall it’s been a smooth experience for basic FX handling and simple exposure, with a couple of minor UI/limits-related frictions that make it feel more like a finance app than a full trading platform.

I’m Arjun from Bangalore and I’ve been using Revolut for about 6 months mainly for occasional FX conversions and to keep track of rates alongside my other trading apps. The app experience is smooth and everything feels modern—setting up was fast, KYC was straightforward, and adding funds was basically instant for me. What I like most is how easy it is to move money around and convert between currencies without jumping through too many menus. The execution for conversions feels responsive and I haven’t faced any app crashes. Where I think it can improve is transparency around the final rate/fees at the moment of conversion. Most of the time it’s fine, but I’d prefer a clearer breakdown (spread vs any markup) before confirming. Also, during high-volatility moments the rate can move quickly, so I now double-check before I tap confirm. Overall, it’s a convenient tool for day-to-day FX needs and monitoring, just not my first choice if I’m being extremely cost-sensitive on every conversion.
