I’m Rahul from Mumbai and I’ve been trading majors and gold on a Standard account. Overall the platform experience has been stable and the spreads on the pairs I trade felt reasonable during normal hours. Execution has been clean on market orders and I haven’t seen random freezes. What slowed me down was the first deposit step. The payment went through, but my account verification and funding confirmation needed a couple of extra emails, so it didn’t feel instant. Once I was set up, things became predictable. Support is polite and replies within the same day for me, but sometimes I have to re-explain the issue when the ticket gets transferred. I’m keeping them as a secondary broker because the trading side is good, but I’d like the onboarding and funding flow to be more streamlined.

I’m Youssef from Ajman and I’ve been trading mainly EUR/USD and gold on a Standard account. Overall the execution felt consistent during normal hours and spreads were acceptable for my style (short intraday trades, not heavy scalping). Deposit by card was straightforward and credited quickly. What kept this from being a 5-star experience is the client area/portal flow. A couple of times I had to refresh or re-login to find the right section for documents and account settings. It wasn’t a major issue, just a bit clunky when you want to move fast. Support answered my questions clearly, but not always instantly—more like "same day" rather than "within minutes." Withdrawals arrived, but one payout took longer than I expected, so I’d say it’s reliable but not the fastest. In summary: a good broker for my needs, just needs some UI polishing and slightly quicker payouts to be perfect.
