I’m Khalid from Dubai and I’ve been trading FX and gold actively, so execution and platform stability matter a lot to me. My experience with ICM.com has been mostly positive: spreads were generally competitive on major pairs during London hours and my orders filled without weird re-quotes. What I didn’t love was the client portal flow. Uploading documents and finding the right section for account settings took more clicks than it should, and it wasn’t always obvious which step was “pending” vs “completed.” Support did help when I asked, but I’d rather the portal be more straightforward. Deposits were quick on my side and withdrawals worked, though not instant—more like a normal business-day timeline. Overall I’m keeping the account and would recommend it for traders who care about execution, with the small warning that onboarding UX could be improved.

I have been trading with Icm.com for 6 months. Deposits were processed quickly and the platform remained stable during volatile sessions. Withdrawals took about two business days in my experience.
