I’m Layla from Sharjah and I’ve been trading FX majors and a bit of gold on a Standard account. The account opening was straightforward and the platform setup was quick, which I appreciated. Execution has been consistent for my style (mostly intraday). Spreads feel reasonable most of the time, and I haven’t had any platform freezes on my side. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is that the fee/charge explanations could be clearer in a single page—some details are there, but I had to click around to confirm a couple of things. Deposits have been smooth for me so far. Withdrawals worked, but one payout took longer than I expected compared to the earlier one, so I now plan my cash-outs with extra time. Support was polite and gave clear steps, even if the first response wasn’t instant. Overall, I’m comfortable continuing with them, especially for day-to-day trading.

I’m Khalid from Al Ain and I’ve been trading mostly EUR/USD and gold with ICMCapital for about 6 months on a Standard account. The spreads on the majors have been reasonable during normal sessions and my market orders generally fill without surprises. I like that the platform setup was straightforward and I didn’t feel pushed to over-leverage. What kept it from being a full 5 stars is the overall experience on mobile—charts and order management work, but the app feels a bit heavy during busy hours and I’ve had to refresh a couple of times to see updated history. Support was polite and clear when I asked about account documents and swap details, even if the response wasn’t instant. Overall, it’s been a solid broker for my routine trades, with room to improve the day-to-day app responsiveness.
