I’m Arjun from Delhi and I’ve been using Hargreaves Lansdown for around 6 months alongside my usual FX routine. Overall it’s been reliable for placing trades and managing my account, and I haven’t had any scary surprises. The order placement is straightforward and I can find what I need without hunting through menus. That said, the experience still feels a little dated compared to some newer apps. A few pages load slower than I expect, and the workflow could be more streamlined—especially when I’m trying to check positions quickly during active market hours. Deposits have been smooth for me, and withdrawals arrived, but not as fast as some other brokers I’ve used. Support was helpful when I asked a basic account question, though the response wasn’t instant. Good broker for stability, just could modernize the interface and speed up processing a notch.

I’m Layla from Ajman and I’ve been using Hargreaves Lansdown for around 6 months as a small-size FX trader alongside my other investments. The overall experience feels stable and “grown-up” compared to some apps that push you into trading too fast. Order placement has been reliable for me and the platform layout makes it easy to double-check tickets before I confirm. What I like: the general account area is clean, statements are easy to download, and I haven’t had any login issues. I also appreciate that risk warnings and product info are visible (even if it’s not the most exciting reading). What I don’t like: some of the cost/fee explanations are not as straightforward as I’d prefer. I had to click through a few pages to feel confident I understood all the charges related to forex/CFD-style activity. I’m not saying it’s hidden, just not presented in one simple place. Support was good when I asked a basic question about account settings—they replied with a clear answer, but it wasn’t instant. Overall I’m satisfied and I’ll keep using it, but I’d rate it higher if the pricing/charges for FX trading were explained more clearly in one summarized view.
