The only thing I’d like improved is the withdrawal communication—my payout did go through, but the status updates weren’t very detailed and I had to check with support to confirm the exact timeline. Overall the execution has been stable during London/NY overlap and I haven’t had any platform freezes on my side. Spreads on majors felt competitive on my account, and slippage was reasonable even around medium-impact news (I avoid NFP/major CPI). The main downside for me is the client portal UX. Simple things like finding past account statements and tracking the exact status of a request takes more clicks than it should, and the terminology in a couple of sections isn’t very beginner-friendly. Once I figured it out it’s fine, but I wouldn’t call it intuitive. Support was responsive when I asked about swap rates and trading hours for metals, and they gave a straight answer without pushing me to deposit more. If they improve the portal navigation and reporting screens, I’d be comfortable giving 5 stars.
