Spreads on majors felt reasonable during normal hours, and execution has been mostly clean for my swing trades. What I didn’t love is how unclear some of the overnight swap charges were. They’re not “wrong,” but the way it’s presented in the platform made it harder to predict my holding costs before placing a trade. Also, the statement/export reports could be more detailed (I like to reconcile trades in a spreadsheet). Customer support was polite and got back to me within a few hours via chat, but I had to ask twice to get a straightforward explanation about swap timing. Overall, I’m satisfied and still using it, just hoping for better transparency on fees and more robust reporting tools.

Overall the execution has been stable during London/NY overlap and I haven’t had any platform freezes on my side. Spreads on majors felt competitive on my account, and slippage was reasonable even around medium-impact news (I avoid NFP/major CPI). The main downside for me is the client portal UX. Simple things like finding past account statements and tracking the exact status of a request takes more clicks than it should, and the terminology in a couple of sections isn’t very beginner-friendly. Once I figured it out it’s fine, but I wouldn’t call it intuitive. Support was responsive when I asked about swap rates and trading hours for metals, and they gave a straight answer without pushing me to deposit more. If they improve the portal navigation and reporting screens, I’d be comfortable giving 5 stars.
