Mostly smooth execution, app could be lighter

I’m Neha from Chennai and I’ve been trading part-time around my work hours. My main focus is EUR/USD and XAU/USD with small position sizes. Overall the fills have been consistent for my style, and I haven’t had any scary platform freezes during high-volatility sessions. The account setup was straightforward and I was able to get started without a lot of back-and-forth. What I liked: order placement is simple, pricing looks fair most of the time, and I can easily track margin and open positions. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is the mobile experience—sometimes it feels a bit heavy and takes an extra moment to load charts, especially on slower connections. Also, the verification/deposit flow could be explained a little better inside the app. Would I continue? Yes, for now it’s reliable and does what I need, but I’d love to see performance improvements and a clearer in-app checklist for new users.
