I’m Arjun from Bangalore and I’ve been using FXCM mainly for EUR/USD and GBP/USD swing trades. Spreads on majors are generally reasonable during London/NY overlap and I haven’t had any scary re-quotes. The platform tools are fine for basic charting and order types, but the mobile experience feels a bit clunky—some screens take an extra second to load and the layout isn’t as clean as newer apps. Deposits went through without much friction (bank transfer and card both worked for me), and I like that the account area shows clear status updates. Withdrawals have been OK overall, though one payout took longer than I expected because of a verification re-check, so I’m not giving a perfect score there. Support was polite and they followed up on my ticket, but the first reply felt a bit template-like before a real person addressed the exact question. Overall, I’d keep it as a reliable secondary broker in my rotation.

I’m Ananya from Kolkata and I’ve been trading mainly EURUSD and XAUUSD on a Standard account for the last 6 months. Overall the fills have been consistent for my style (short intraday trades), and I haven’t had random platform freezes on my side. Deposits through card/UPI alternatives worked fine for me, but the client area UI feels a bit cluttered and I had to double-check where to find old statements and fee notes. Spreads were generally acceptable, though during big news candles I saw the cost widen more than I expected (not shocking, just noticeable). Support was polite and actually answered my questions instead of pasting generic scripts, but response time varied depending on the time of day. Withdrawals arrived, but one of them took longer than my previous broker, so I wouldn’t call it “fast,” just “eventually okay.” Net-net: reliable enough to keep as one of my accounts, but I’d love a cleaner dashboard and more predictable withdrawal ETA updates.
