Spreads on majors look reasonable for a Standard account, and order placement/cancellations are responsive. The main downside for me was the onboarding and account paperwork—everything got done, but it took more back-and-forth than I expected, especially around document re-uploads and confirming small details. Once the account was fully active, the experience improved a lot. Deposits have been smooth and reflected quickly. Withdrawals do arrive, but not always as fast as I’d like; a couple of times it took longer than the timeline I had in mind. Support is polite and professional, but sometimes I needed to follow up to get the exact answer I was looking for. Overall: good broker experience so far, just room to streamline onboarding and speed up withdrawals.
