Once the account was active, the platform felt stable and execution was consistent during normal market hours. Spreads were not the absolute tightest compared to some offshore options, but they were predictable, which matters to my risk management. My only real downside was the onboarding/KYC pace and a couple of back-and-forth emails to get everything approved. After that, deposits were straightforward and the account dashboard was clear. Withdrawals worked, but the processing window felt a bit slow on one occasion (still completed without drama). Customer support was polite and professional, but I sometimes had to follow up to get a final answer instead of a partial update. Overall, I’d still keep them on my shortlist for a more “serious” setup, especially if you prefer a regulated feel over bonuses and promotions.

Spreads on majors look reasonable for a Standard account, and order placement/cancellations are responsive. The main downside for me was the onboarding and account paperwork—everything got done, but it took more back-and-forth than I expected, especially around document re-uploads and confirming small details. Once the account was fully active, the experience improved a lot. Deposits have been smooth and reflected quickly. Withdrawals do arrive, but not always as fast as I’d like; a couple of times it took longer than the timeline I had in mind. Support is polite and professional, but sometimes I needed to follow up to get the exact answer I was looking for. Overall: good broker experience so far, just room to streamline onboarding and speed up withdrawals.

Spreads were generally acceptable for my style (intraday, not scalping), and I didn’t face random disconnects. The only downside was the onboarding/KYC pace. I had to follow up more than once to confirm the final activation step, and the instructions came in a couple of separate messages, which made it feel less streamlined. After that, deposits worked fine and withdrawals were okay, just not as fast as I expected. Overall, a dependable experience, with room to improve the initial setup and the communication around processing times.

Spreads were generally acceptable on majors for my swing trades, though I noticed they could widen around major news releases (which is normal, but it surprised me the first time). Deposits landed without drama, but I wish the deposit/processing fees were explained more clearly up front. Support was polite and responded within the same day when I asked about leverage and account statements. Overall it’s been a solid experience for my basic forex needs, with minor points to improve on transparency.
