The platform connection stayed stable for me and market orders on major pairs (EUR/USD, GBP/USD) generally filled without surprises during normal hours. Spreads looked acceptable on average, but around news events the widening felt sharper than what I expected, so I stopped trading high-impact releases here. My main issue is transparency: I had to jump between pages to understand what exactly I’d pay on different instruments, and the swap/overnight costs were not as easy to compare before I placed trades. Nothing felt “wrong,” just not clearly presented. Support responded politely and did follow up, but it took more than one message to get a straight answer about costs and account details. Overall: usable broker for regular trading, but I’d like clearer fee breakdowns and faster first-response times.
