The trading platform itself has been stable for me with no major disconnects, and placing/closing positions is straightforward. What kept my rating at 3 stars is the “speed” of the whole experience outside the chart. Deposits went through fine, but anything that requires manual follow-up (like changing small account settings or asking for clarification on fees) felt slower than I expected. Support is polite and they do respond, but I often had to message twice to get a clear, complete answer. Spreads and execution are okay for my style (mostly majors, some gold), but I wouldn’t call it the sharpest pricing I’ve seen.
