Using Fidelity for 6 months. Spreads are acceptable but not the best I have seen. Support answered my KYC query eventually. Would say it is an average experience overall.

I’m Mariam from Abu Dhabi and I’ve been using Fidelity mainly alongside my usual FX apps. For longer-term positions it feels stable and well organized, and I like how clean the account view is. The order flow is straightforward and I haven’t had any scary glitches. That said, for active forex-style trading the toolset feels a bit “investment first, trader second.” I miss some of the advanced chart shortcuts and quick risk controls I’m used to (especially when I’m managing multiple entries). Spreads/fees are not always as easy to compare at a glance, so I had to double-check the cost breakdown more than once. Overall, I’m comfortable keeping money here for slower strategies, but if you’re a fast scalper you’ll probably want something more specialized.

It’s not a deal-breaker, but I sometimes feel like I’m clicking through extra steps compared to brokers that are built purely for FX. Deposits have been straightforward for me with no surprises. Withdrawals are okay, but they aren’t “instant-feeling” and I usually plan them a day ahead just in case. Support has been professional and calm when I asked basic account questions, though the answers can be a bit formal rather than trader-to-trader practical. Overall: dependable and well-run, just not the most streamlined experience if you’re a heavy scalper.

I’m Ahmed from Al Ain and I opened a Standard account mainly to keep my FX exposure in one place with the rest of my portfolio. The onboarding was straightforward and I like how clear the statements and tax/transaction reporting are. On the trading side, execution has been stable for the major pairs during normal sessions, and I haven’t seen any random disconnects. Spreads aren’t always the tightest compared to some FX-only brokers, but for my style (swing trades and hedging) it’s acceptable. What I don’t love is how “traditional” the experience feels: fewer advanced order/trading tools than I’m used to, and it takes a bit more clicking to get to what I need. Support was polite and knowledgeable, just not always instant on chat. Overall, I’d keep it as a dependable option, but active scalpers will probably want something more specialized.

The charts are fine for basic analysis, but I still end up doing most of my technical work elsewhere and using Fidelity more for execution and tracking. Deposits were smooth from my side and reflected quickly. Withdrawals were okay but not instant, and the status updates could be clearer. Support was polite when I asked a question about settlement timing, but the first response felt a bit templated before someone actually addressed my scenario. Overall: dependable, not flashy, and best if you value stability more than pro-FX tooling.
