I’m Omar from Ajman and I’ve been using Fidelity for about 6 months mainly to keep my trading organized and to avoid any surprises with statements and tax-style reports. For forex-style exposure I keep my sizing small and focus on majors, and overall the fills have been consistent during normal liquidity. The best part for me is how “institutional” everything feels: confirmations are clear, account history is easy to export, and I’ve never felt confused about what happened after a trade. Where it loses a star is the trading experience itself. The platform feels more like it’s built for long-term investing first and active FX second. Charting is fine but not as fast to work with as dedicated FX platforms, and the workflow to place/modify orders takes a few extra clicks. Spreads/fees are not always as competitive as pure FX brokers when I compare the same market conditions. Deposits have been smooth for me (no weird declines), and I’d still recommend it if you value reliability and documentation over tightest possible pricing. If you’re a scalper or you want a very “MT-style” experience, you may find it a bit restrictive.

Overall it feels stable and professional, especially during busy market hours—orders go through cleanly and I haven’t seen random platform freezes. My main downside is the workflow for active FX-style trading. The screens and menus feel more geared toward longer-term investing, so placing, modifying, and tracking multiple short trades isn’t as fast as on a dedicated FX platform. Pricing is generally fine, but I still double-check costs/spreads before entering because it’s not presented in a way that’s instantly clear for a quick scalp. Support was polite and thorough when I asked about account setup and trade confirmations, but responses were not always immediate. Deposits were smooth from my side, and withdrawals worked, just not the fastest compared with some other platforms I’ve used. In short: very dependable and transparent-feeling, but not the most streamlined for an active forex day-trader routine.
