The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is the client portal and reporting—some fee/charge lines and history filters weren’t as intuitive as I expected, so I had to double-check statements when reconciling my trades. Support was polite and professional when I asked about account verification and leverage settings. They answered in one chat session and followed up by email. If the portal UX gets simplified, I’d rate them higher.
