I’m Neha from Hyderabad and I’ve been trading mostly EURUSD and XAUUSD on a Standard account. Overall my experience with Orbex has been positive. Spreads on majors were reasonable during normal hours and my market orders filled without weird re-quotes. The platform setup was straightforward and I liked that the client area shows balance/equity clearly. What I didn’t love was the mobile experience. A couple of times the app felt laggy when switching between charts and order history, and I had to re-login once after an update. It didn’t cause a loss, but it’s annoying when you’re managing a trade. Deposits worked fine for me and reflected quickly. Withdrawals came through, but not as fast as I expected the first time, so I’m keeping my rating slightly lower there. Support replied politely and actually answered my questions instead of sending generic links. I’ll continue using them for now, but I’d like to see smoother mobile performance and more consistent withdrawal turnaround times.

I’m Sara from Abu Dhabi and I’ve been trading FX majors and a bit of gold on a Standard account for the last 6 months. Overall the platform felt stable and execution was fine for my style (mostly intraday, not scalping). Deposits went through quickly and the client area is straightforward. What kept this from being a full 5 stars is the withdrawal process. It did pay out, but the steps and status updates weren’t very transparent and I had to double-check what was happening in the portal. Support was polite and answered, but I still felt I was piecing the process together myself. If they improve the communication around withdrawal timelines and status, I’d rate it higher. For general trading, it’s been reliable for me so far.
