I’m trading from Abu Dhabi and opened a Standard account with Hantec Markets about 6 months ago to focus on major FX pairs and a bit of gold. Overall the execution has been stable during normal market hours and I haven’t seen anything alarming in fills. Deposits by card went through fast and the portal is straightforward. My only real frustration is the mobile experience: some account pages feel a bit cluttered and it takes a few taps to find simple things like margin and swap details. Support was responsive when I asked about account verification requirements and they clarified what documents were needed without pushing me to deposit more. Withdrawals worked, but one of my transfers took longer than I expected compared to previous brokers I used. Not perfect, but reliable enough for my day-to-day trading.

Stable execution but onboarding felt a bit slow

Overall the platform has been stable for my day trading and the spreads are generally reasonable during normal sessions. Execution is fine most of the time, although around major news releases I noticed a bit more slippage than I expected (not constant, but enough that I avoid entering right at the candle). Deposits by card went through without issues, but the initial verification/onboarding took longer than I thought and I had to re-upload one document because the first photo was not accepted. Support replied politely and did solve it, just not very fast. Withdrawals arrived, but not always on the same timeline—one payout was quick and another took a few extra business days with no clear status updates in between. I can live with it, but I’d like clearer tracking inside the client area. In summary: good trading conditions day to day, average admin speed, and support is helpful but not instant.

Spreads are generally reasonable on EUR/USD and I like that order placement feels responsive, especially for market orders. My only frustration is the withdrawal side: it worked, but the status updates weren’t very informative and I had to double-check the timeline with support. Nothing felt unsafe, just a bit more manual than I expected. Overall, it’s been a solid experience for day-to-day trading. If they improve the withdrawal tracking and make funding/withdraw steps more transparent, I’d be comfortable giving 5 stars.
