Once my account was up and running, the platform connection felt stable and my orders were filled without surprises during normal sessions. Spreads were generally fine for swing trades, and the daily reporting made it easy to track what I was doing. My only real frustration was the onboarding/KYC pace. I had to resubmit one document because the upload wasn’t clear enough, and the back-and-forth added a couple of days. Support was polite and did follow up, but I would have preferred more proactive updates. Overall I’d still use them for medium-term trades, just plan extra time at the start.

The onboarding was straightforward and I was able to get my account verified without going back and forth too much. Execution has been stable for my style (mostly intraday EURUSD and gold, not scalping). The platform connection has been reliable and I didn’t notice weird spikes on my charts, but spreads can widen a bit during major news which is expected. Deposits were smooth from my side and credited quickly. Withdrawals did arrive, but one of them took longer than I expected, so I’m not giving full marks there.
