Overall the trading side has been stable for me—orders go through cleanly and I haven’t seen random freezes during active sessions. Spreads look reasonable on majors during normal hours, and I like that the platform feels more "professional" than some app-only brokers. Where it loses a point is the client portal experience. A couple of times I had to refresh or re-upload documents because the status didn’t update clearly, and the reporting/export is a bit clunky when I’m trying to reconcile my trades. Support was polite and got me to the right steps, but I still think the onboarding and account area can be more intuitive. If they improve the portal UX, I’d probably rate it a 5.

The onboarding was straightforward and I was able to get my account verified without going back and forth too much.
