Overall my experience has been positive: the platform feels stable during active sessions and my orders usually go through without surprises. Spreads are generally acceptable for my style (short intraday trades), and the account opening process was straightforward. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is the way some costs are presented. I had a couple of moments where I needed to double-check which charges were coming from spreads vs. overnight swaps vs. platform-related fees. Nothing seemed “wrong,” but I would prefer more upfront, simple breakdowns inside the client area. Support was polite and answered my questions, but I did have to follow up once to get a clearer explanation.
