Deposit was straightforward and credited quickly. Withdrawal worked, but it wasn’t instant—one of my requests took longer than I expected and the status updates were not very descriptive. Support did respond and explained the steps, but I had to follow up once. Overall I’m satisfied and I’ll keep the account, but I’d like clearer withdrawal status tracking and a cleaner layout in the client area.

Overall the platform experience has been smooth—orders go through quickly and I haven’t faced random disconnects during active sessions. Spreads are generally reasonable for my style, and the app/web area is easy to navigate. What I didn’t love is that the total cost (spread + any commissions/swaps) wasn’t as clearly explained in one place when I first joined. I had to dig through the help pages to understand why some overnight positions cost more than expected. Also, the analytics/statement export is okay, but I wish it was more detailed without needing extra filters. Support was polite and helpful when I asked about swap calculations, but it took more than one message to get a straight, simple explanation. I’d still recommend it for regular retail trading, just keep an eye on charges if you hold positions overnight.
