I’m Fatima from Ajman and I’ve been trading mostly EUR/USD and gold on a Standard account. Overall the pricing and execution have been solid for my style (short intraday trades), and I didn’t feel like I was fighting the platform during normal market hours. The spread is usually reasonable, but around high-impact news it widens more than I expect, so I avoid entering right before releases. Deposit was straightforward and credited quickly. Withdrawal went through, but it took longer than the deposit and I had to double-check the status in the portal because the progress updates weren’t very clear. Support was polite and answered in one chat session, though the replies felt a bit scripted at first. If they improve the mobile stability and make the funding/withdrawal timeline clearer, I’d rate it higher.

I’m Omar from Sharjah. I’ve been trading on a Standard account with PBE for about 6 months, mostly EURUSD and gold during London/NY overlap. Execution has been stable for my style (manual entries + a few limit orders) and I haven’t noticed random disconnects. Spreads are generally reasonable, though they widen around major news which is expected. Deposits were straightforward using my bank card, and the funds reflected quickly. The only downside is the client portal/back office UI feels a little old-school and I had to click around to find some basic reports. Support answered my questions politely, but sometimes it took a few hours to get a clear follow-up. Overall it’s been a solid experience, just room to improve the dashboard and make the funding/statement pages more user-friendly.
