I’m Sara from Dubai and I’ve been trading mostly EURUSD and XAUUSD on a Standard account. Overall the execution has been consistent for my intraday trades, and spreads during liquid sessions feel competitive. I like that I can keep my routine simple: fund the account, place trades, and not worry too much about random platform issues. What keeps this from being a perfect score is the user experience around the client area. A couple of times I had to click around to find the exact report or setting I needed, and the confirmation emails felt a bit delayed. Nothing that stopped me from trading, but it could be more polished. Support was helpful when I asked about an account setting, although the response was not instant. Deposits were straightforward for me. Withdrawals worked, but one payout took longer than I expected (still arrived).

Execution has been consistently quick for my intraday EUR/USD and gold trades, and spreads usually look competitive during normal hours. The overall experience is positive, but the client portal feels a little cluttered and it took me a few tries to find some basic settings and statements. Deposits went through smoothly for me, while withdrawals were generally fine but not always as fast as I expected on weekends. Support was polite and helpful when I asked about account documents and fee details, even if the first reply was a bit template-like.
