I’m based in Dubai and I opened a Standard account to try Jadwa alongside my usual FX brokers. The onboarding felt straightforward and the platform is clean, but I did notice the mobile experience isn’t always as responsive as I’d like during busy market hours. Execution on major pairs was generally fine for my swing trades, and pricing looked reasonable for the way I trade (I’m not scalping). Deposits went through without drama, but the confirmation/receipt flow could be clearer. Support was polite and professional when I asked about account documents and trading conditions, though I had to wait a bit for a follow-up. Overall I’m comfortable using it, just hoping they improve the app performance and make the funding screens more transparent.

I’m Ananya from Mumbai and I’ve been using Jadwa on and off alongside my usual FX apps. Overall the experience has been stable—orders go through without drama and I haven’t faced random disconnects during market hours. What I like most is the general reliability and the way account info loads quickly. Where it can improve is the reporting section. I track my trades in a spreadsheet, and the exported statements didn’t feel as straightforward as I expected (some fields needed manual cleanup). Also, the educational/market updates are okay, but not always aligned with the instruments I actually watch. If you already know what you’re doing and mainly want a clean execution experience, it’s good. If you depend heavily on in-platform analytics and polished reports, you might need extra tools.
