I’m Mariam from Sharjah and I’ve been using Blackwell mainly for EUR/USD and gold on a Standard account. Order execution has been consistent for my style (mostly London session scalps and short swing holds), and I haven’t had any platform freezes on my side. Deposits were straightforward and showed up quickly, but the client area UI feels a bit cluttered—finding statements and swap details takes extra clicks, and the wording around funding methods could be clearer. Support was polite and actually followed up after my ticket, which I appreciated. Overall it’s been a solid experience with a few usability issues that I hope they tidy up.

I’m Ananya from Mumbai and I’ve been trading mostly major FX pairs with Blackwell for the last 6 months. Execution on MT4 has been steady for my swing trades and the spreads were generally in line with what I expected on a Standard account. I didn’t notice any weird price jumps on normal market conditions, and my orders filled without surprises. Deposits were straightforward and showed up quickly on my side, but the client area could be clearer—some sections feel buried and it took me a bit to find the right pages for account settings and statements. Support was polite and responded within the same day when I asked about leverage and trading hours, although the answers were a little template-like. Withdrawals worked, but not as fast as I’d like. My last withdrawal took a couple of business days longer than I expected, and I had to follow up once to get an update. Overall, it’s been a decent experience for my style, with room for improvement in portal UX and withdrawal status updates.
