I’m Khalid from Dubai and I’ve been trading mostly EUR/USD and gold on a Standard account. My overall experience has been positive: spreads are generally reasonable during normal sessions and I haven’t noticed weird spikes on market orders. The platform connection has been stable for me, which is the main thing I care about. Deposits were straightforward and reflected in my balance without any drama, but the client portal UI feels a bit clunky on mobile and takes extra steps to find simple things like statements and account settings. Support answered my questions clearly, though not always instantly. Withdrawals worked, but it took longer than I expected the first time, so I’m leaving a little room for improvement there. Overall, it’s a decent broker for day-to-day trading if you don’t mind the portal experience.

My only consistent frustration is the withdrawal side: it’s not that I can’t withdraw, but the processing time feels a bit unpredictable and I had to follow up once to confirm the status. Support was polite and gave me clear steps, but I’d prefer more proactive updates. Overall I’m comfortable trading here, just hoping the payout workflow becomes more consistent.
