Execution on MT5 feels consistent for my intraday entries, and spreads on EUR/USD are usually competitive during liquid hours. Account opening was straightforward and the verification steps were normal. Deposits went through without drama, but I still think the client portal could explain fees/cutoff times more clearly (especially around weekends). Withdrawals arrived, but the status updates were a bit vague and I had to check twice to confirm it was processed. Support was polite and answered in one chat session, but the replies felt a little templated. Overall it’s a good broker for my style, just needs slightly better communication in the back office.

My overall experience has been positive: orders get filled quickly and spreads on major pairs have been competitive for my style (mostly intraday). The MT platform connection has been stable for me during regular market hours. What I didn’t love is the client area experience—some pages take a couple tries to load on mobile, and the document/verification flow feels a bit clunky. It’s not a dealbreaker, but it adds friction when you just want to check balances, statements, or funding status. Support was decent: I raised one ticket about swap charges showing differently on a statement export, and they replied within a day with a clear breakdown. Overall I’d keep using it, but I’d like to see the portal UX improved.

Withdrawals arrived, but one withdrawal took longer than my previous broker (still within a reasonable timeframe), so I’m giving that area a slightly lower score. In summary: good day-to-day trading experience, just be realistic about spreads during volatile moments and plan withdrawals with a bit of buffer.

The client area is also easy to navigate, so I didn’t feel lost when setting up the account and checking statements. Deposits landed quickly using my usual method, and the confirmation emails were clear. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is that a couple of times I had to re-check my profile details and documents after making small updates in the portal, which added extra steps. It wasn’t a big issue, just a little annoying when you want things to stay “done.” Support was polite and answered within the same day for me. I’d like to see slightly faster turnaround on administrative requests, but trading-wise the experience has been stable and I’m comfortable continuing with them.
