Reliable execution, but the onboarding felt a bit slow

I’m Kunal from Pune and I’ve been using Mashreq Securities for about 6 months mainly for forex majors and a few indices. Once the account was live, execution felt stable and I didn’t see random spikes on my charts during normal market hours. The platform connection has been consistent for my day-trading style, and I like that the statements and trade history are easy to export for my own tracking. The main friction for me was the onboarding and verification flow. It wasn’t complicated, just slower than I expected with a couple of back-and-forth emails to clarify documents. After that, deposits went through fine, but withdrawals were not always as fast as the deposit side. Support has been polite and usually responds within the same day, but sometimes I had to follow up to get a clear timeline. Overall, I’m staying with them because the trading side feels dependable, but I’d love to see faster processing and more proactive updates on requests.
