The platform setup was straightforward and execution has felt consistent during normal market hours. Spreads are generally fine for my style and I haven’t faced random requotes. Deposits were fast and reflected in my balance without drama. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is the withdrawal experience: it went through, but the timeline and status updates weren’t very transparent on my side, so I was checking email more than I’d like. Support was polite and answered, but I had to follow up once to get a clearer ETA. Overall, I’m comfortable trading here and I’ll continue using it, but I’d like to see better in-dashboard tracking for withdrawals and clearer step-by-step messaging.

What keeps it from being a full 5 stars is the client-area experience and reporting. The portal works, but it’s not as clean as some other brokers I’ve used, and it takes a couple of clicks to find basic things like past transactions and fee breakdowns. Also, during high-impact news the spreads can widen noticeably (not unexpected, but it’s more visible here). Support has been polite and clear when I asked about leverage and swap calculations. Deposits were straightforward. Withdrawals did arrive, but not as quickly as I hoped on one occasion, so I’m rating that slightly lower. Overall, a reliable broker for execution, just needs a more modern dashboard and slightly faster payout processing.
