Account opening was straightforward and I was able to get started without too much back-and-forth. On normal market conditions the execution feels fine and spreads are acceptable for my style. What I didn’t like is the withdrawal timeline. It wasn’t a disaster, but it took longer than I expected and I had to check the status more than once. Support was polite and did respond, but I would prefer clearer updates and a more predictable schedule. If you’re a beginner, it’s an okay place to learn the basics, but keep your expectations realistic and always test deposits/withdrawals with a small amount first.

Solid execution on majors, but the portal feels dated

Simple setup and workable spreads for my swing trades
