Spreads were competitive during London session and I had no major slippage issues on major pairs. Mobile app works well for monitoring positions.

Deposits landed without drama, though I wish the deposit status updates were a bit more real-time. Withdrawals have worked, but the timing isn’t always consistent. One withdrawal came through quickly, another took longer than I expected (still within their stated window, but it felt slow compared to deposits). Support was responsive on chat and gave me a clear explanation, so I didn’t feel ignored. Account setup was straightforward and the platform connection felt stable for my style (I’m mostly intraday, a few positions per week). Deposits went through without drama and showed up quickly on my side. Spreads looked competitive on normal market conditions; around big news they widened (expected), but I didn’t see anything that felt out of line for a retail account. Withdrawals worked, but they weren’t instant. My first withdrawal took longer than I expected because I had to re-submit a document and wait for confirmation. Support was polite and clear, but I had to follow up once to get an update. Overall, it’s been a good experience and I’d rate it higher if the withdrawal/verification flow was a bit faster and more transparent.
