Clean platform and reasonable execution, but funding steps feel a bit rigid

The platform experience is straightforward, charts load fast, and order placement is simple (market/limit/SL/TP behaves as expected). Execution has been mostly consistent for my swing trades, and spreads are acceptable during normal London/NY hours. Where it loses a star for me is the “process” side. Deposits go through, but the available methods and the way some steps are presented feels a bit rigid compared to brokers that are more FX-first.
