Overall the trading side has been solid for my routine EUR/USD and gold trades—orders fill consistently and I haven’t noticed weird spikes on my charts. The main downside for me is the client area: it works, but it feels old-fashioned and I had to click around more than I expected to find basic things like statements and account settings. Once everything was set up it was fine. Deposits were straightforward and credited quickly. Withdrawals did come through, but not as fast as I hoped (still acceptable). Support was polite and gave clear answers, just not always instant on the first message. If they modernize the portal and speed up withdrawals a little, it would be an easy 5/5 for my style of trading.
