I opened a Standard account to test Forexclub with small position sizes (mostly EUR/USD and XAU/USD) from Ajman. The platform itself feels stable and I didn’t have any major crashes, and execution was generally okay during normal market hours. What I didn’t like is how some trading conditions (like swap rules and certain “special” instrument settings) were explained in a way that felt too marketing-heavy and not straightforward. I had to dig through the FAQ and chat to confirm details. Spreads were fine on majors, but on some instruments they widened more than I expected during busy moments. Overall it’s usable and not a disaster, but I wish they presented costs/conditions more transparently so I don’t have to double-check everything before placing a trade.

Stable execution for my day trades, but the portal needs polish

Overall the execution has been stable for me and I didn’t notice random disconnects during the active sessions I trade (London/early NY). Spreads are generally acceptable on majors, and the platform does what I need for basic order placement and monitoring. That said, the client area could be cleaner. Some settings and history pages feel a bit buried, and I had to click around more than I expected to find statements and confirmation details. Also, a couple of times the deposit status didn’t refresh immediately in the portal (the funds arrived, but the “status” lagged behind), which is confusing when you’re trying to trade quickly. Support was helpful when I asked about the account verification checklist; the agent explained the steps clearly and pointed me to the right section. If they improve the UI responsiveness and make the reporting/statement area more straightforward, it would be closer to a 5 for my use.
