I’m Priya from Bangalore and I’ve been using this broker on and off for about 6 months mainly for EUR/USD and gold intraday setups. The platform itself feels modern and easy to navigate, and I didn’t have trouble finding order types, history, or basic chart tools. What pulled my rating down is the overall “small friction” factor: spreads felt fine in calm markets but widened more than I expected around scheduled news, and I had a couple of occasions where I had to re-check whether my stop-loss was placed exactly where I wanted (not a major issue, just made me double-check everything). Execution was mostly okay for my position sizes, but I wouldn’t call it consistently tight. Deposits were straightforward and credited quickly. Support replied, but the answers were a bit templated and I had to ask the same question twice to get a clear explanation about fees and timing. Withdrawals did come through for me, just not as fast as the deposit side. Overall it’s usable and not a disaster, but it hasn’t become my primary account because I prefer a smoother experience when volatility picks up.
