Where it loses a point for me is the overall client portal experience. It works, but it feels a bit old-school and I had to click around more than expected to find statements and confirmations. Also, spreads can widen more than I like during high-impact news, so I now avoid placing new orders right around major releases. Support was polite and professional when I asked about statement formats and fee lines, but responses weren’t instant.
