Deposits went through without drama, but the client area/UI feels a bit old-school and it took me a while to find some basic account settings. Spreads were generally acceptable for my style, though they widen a bit around news which is expected. Withdrawal was completed, but it wasn’t as fast as I hoped (it took a couple of business days plus bank processing). Support was polite and gave clear steps when I asked about my verification status. Not perfect, but for normal retail trading it’s been reliable enough that I continue to keep a portion of my capital here.

Stable execution and clean MT4 experience, but fees could be clearer

Spreads are usually acceptable for my style (I scalp lightly, 3–8 trades a day) and the order history/reporting is straightforward. What I didn’t like is that some non-trading charges and processing times weren’t super obvious to me until I went looking in the FAQ. Deposit went through fine, but I prefer when the broker shows the exact expected fees and timelines at the time of request. Support was polite and answered in a few hours on email, but the replies were a bit templated. Still, for day-to-day trading it’s been a decent experience and I’m continuing with a small balance.

Depositing was straightforward and the funds showed up the same day. The client portal works, but it feels a little old-school and I sometimes have to click around to find basic reports like swap and commission breakdowns. Support was polite and answered my questions clearly, but not always instantly—more like a few hours to get a proper response. Overall, I’d keep it as a secondary account for manual trading. If they modernize the portal and make reporting easier, it would be an easy 5 for me.
