The part that needs improvement is the client area—uploading documents and finding statements feels clunky, and I had to click around more than necessary to get basic account info. Deposits went through without issues, but withdrawals were a bit inconsistent: one came quickly and another took longer than I expected with no clear status updates in the portal. Support replied politely and eventually clarified the steps, but it wasn’t proactive.
