The platform experience has been stable for me with decent execution during normal market hours, and I like that the client area is straightforward (I can find statements and basic settings without digging). Deposits went through smoothly the times I topped up, and I didn’t have to chase anyone to see the balance reflect. Withdrawals did arrive, but one of my withdrawals took longer than I expected because of internal processing steps, so I’d like to see clearer timelines shown before you confirm a request. Support was polite and didn’t talk down to me. They answered my questions about account documents and trading conditions in a clear way, even though I was asking very “new-to-this” questions. Overall it’s been a solid experience and I’m comfortable trading here, but I’d rate it higher if the costs/fees and withdrawal processing expectations were spelled out more transparently inside the portal.
