I’m based in Dubai and opened a Standard account to diversify beyond pure FX. The onboarding and identity checks were straightforward and my account was usable the same day. Trading experience has been stable for what I do (mostly holding positions and placing limit orders). The interface feels clean and I like that it doesn’t overwhelm me with pop-ups. Order placement is generally smooth, and I haven’t had any scary platform freezes. My only negatives are small but noticeable: some reports/confirmations take a bit of digging to find, and pricing/fees are not always presented in the most obvious way inside the app until you go into the detailed documents. Nothing unexpected, just not as transparent at a glance as I’d prefer. Overall: reliable and professional enough that I’m keeping it in my rotation, but I’d love a bit more clarity in the UI around costs and statements.

Clean platform and reasonable execution, but funding steps feel a bit rigid

I’m Khalid from Abu Dhabi and I’ve been using this broker for about 6 months mainly for FX majors and a few indices when volatility is calm. The platform experience is straightforward, charts load fast, and order placement is simple (market/limit/SL/TP behaves as expected). Execution has been mostly consistent for my swing trades, and spreads are acceptable during normal London/NY hours. Where it loses a star for me is the “process” side. Deposits go through, but the available methods and the way some steps are presented feels a bit rigid compared to brokers that are more FX-first. Also, on a couple of high-volatility news spikes I noticed wider spreads and a bit more slippage than I prefer (not extreme, but noticeable). Support was polite and answered my questions clearly, just not always on the first message. Overall I’d still recommend it if you value a clean interface and you’re not scalping heavily.
