I’m Khalid Khan from Abu Dhabi and I’ve been using Quanttekel mainly for EUR/USD and gold on a Standard account. Execution has been consistent during normal sessions and spreads feel reasonable for my style (mostly intraday, a few swings). Deposit was straightforward with my card and the funds reflected quickly. Withdrawals have worked, but the process could be clearer in the client area—status updates feel a bit vague until the transfer is completed. Support is generally responsive on chat and email. They answered my platform questions without pushing me to trade more, which I appreciate. My only real complaint is the mobile UI: a couple of menus are buried and it’s easy to miss the margin details unless you know where to look. Overall, good experience so far and I’ll keep using it, but I’d like to see more transparent withdrawal tracking and some small usability improvements.

The trading platform feels stable, but the interface has a few rough edges (some settings are buried and the reporting/export could be clearer). Support answered my tickets politely and with actual steps instead of copy-paste, but I did have to follow up once to get a complete explanation. Overall, it’s been a good experience and I’m comfortable keeping a portion of my trading capital there, but I’d rate it higher if the UI and statement tools were improved.
