I trade forex and gold on Hantec from Kolkata. Platform is stable and deposits are quick via Skrill. One withdrawal took extra verification and four days, which was frustrating but I did receive the full amount.

The platform connection has been stable for me on both Wi‑Fi and mobile data, which matters because I sometimes manage trades from my phone. Deposit was straightforward and credited without any confusion. Withdrawals have gone through, but the processing time feels slightly inconsistent—sometimes it’s quick, sometimes it takes an extra business day with no clear status updates. Support has been polite and they did answer my questions about leverage and swap, but I wish the replies were a bit more detailed instead of templated. Overall it’s been a solid experience for normal day-to-day trading. If they improve the client portal UI and make withdrawal status tracking more transparent, it would easily be a 5 for me.

Spreads were competitive during London session and I had no major slippage issues on major pairs. Mobile app works well for monitoring positions.
