The deposit process was straightforward and my account was credited quickly. Where I think they can improve is withdrawals—my first withdrawal wasn’t “stuck,” but the status messages were not very informative and I had to double-check the expected processing time. Once it went through, the funds arrived, but the communication could be more transparent. Support was helpful when I asked about account verification and trading hours, and they replied in a reasonable time. Platform-wise it’s been reliable for my day trading style, with only minor hiccups around high-volatility news. Not perfect, but I’m comfortable continuing with them while keeping my position sizing conservative.

Smooth MT4 setup and decent spreads, but small frictions
