I’m Omar from Al Ain and I’ve been using QNBFS for about 6 months mainly for FX majors and some index CFDs. Execution has been stable during normal hours and the platform hasn’t given me random disconnects. Spreads are not the tightest I’ve seen, but they’re consistent, which matters more for my swing trades. The part I didn’t enjoy was the onboarding/KYC pace. Nothing “wrong” happened, it just took more back-and-forth than expected to get everything fully approved. Once the account was active, deposits went through smoothly and the funding options were straightforward. Withdrawals worked, but they weren’t instant. I received my funds within a few business days, so I can’t call it a problem—just something to plan around if you need quick access to cash. Support was professional and polite. Responses were useful, but not always immediate, especially near the end of the week. Overall I’m satisfied and I’d keep the account as a more conservative, bank-linked option, but I still use another broker when I want faster turnaround.
